Document Description
The Merced County of Association of Governments and the City of Merced, in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), are proposing to replace the Bradley Overhead, widen State Route 140, provide signalized intersections of Kelly Avenue and Santa Fe Avenue, and realign Baker Drive and Santa Fe Avenue, and realign Baker Drive and Santa Fe Avenue. Sidewalks will be added through the entire length of the northern portion of the project limits, and two drainage basins are proposed.
