The applicant proposes to use loaders and excavators to dredge a portion of the lake bottom measuring 375 feet on the west side, 160 feet on the north side, and 300 feet on the shore side to a depth of 15 feet to provide access to the above mentioned property for boating access and to control aquatic vegetation. All material to be dredged will be placed on the property just adjacent to the dredge area and secured to prevent material from re-entering the lake by placing a seawall above the high water line.
