Document Description
The proposed project is to dredge a portion of the Lake bottom adjacent to 780 Delamar, Big Bear Lake. This will provide deeper water for boating access and help reduce the aquatic weed growth in the area. Using loaders and excavators, the project will dredge an area measuring 325' on the east side, 375' on the west side, 160' on the north side and 300' on the shore side to a depth of 15' to provide boating access to the above mentioned property. All of the material dredged will be placed on the applicant's property adjacent to the dredge area using dump trucks. The materials will be secured to prevent them from re-entering the Lake by placing a seawall above the water line on the applicant's property.
