The applicant proposes to upgrade the City's wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), construct a new Addie Street Lift Station, upgrade the Pismo Oaks Lift Station, rehabilitate 40 Shell Beach Interceptor manholes, reduce stormwater infiltration and inflow in the Pismo Heights area, and streamline flow from toward the Addie Street Lift Station through installation of the Park/Cypress interceptor (refer to attached maps).
