Document Description
The proposed project is a 648-acre master planned rural residential community that is to be developed with custom estate lots bordering either side of Santa Maria Creek. The Specific Plan proposes the construction of 72 single-family homes. Two residential neighborhood types (Estate Homesites and Equestrian Oriented Homesites) will be developed. Open space easements will be designed to protect natural resources. The project proposes to grade 66.55 acres (approximately 10% of the total acreage) for a total of 150,000 cubic yards.
