Document Description
The Creekside Center project includes demolition of existing on-site structures and infrastructure, and development of approximately 33,000 square feet of commercial retail and office uses, and 4,000 square feet of residential uses. Parking, infrastructure and open space recreational amenities are also included in the proposed project. The tentative tract map is to reconfigure the 37 underlying lots into five parcels.
