Document Description
The approved project involves new residential developments within two project areas: Site A- +/-175 acres located on the west side of Fairmont Boulevard, north of Yorba Linda Boulevard, adjacent to and surrounding the North Orange County Community College District campus, and Site B- +\- 126 acres located on the east side of Fairmont Boulevard immediately east of Site A (a.k.a Area I of the Eastlake Village Planned Community). Site A approved development includes 284 single-family residential lots and a senior residential facility. Site B approved development includes 315 single-family residential lots. The City approvals for the project include General Plan Amendment Nos. 2001-03a, 2001-06a and 2001-08 Zone Change Nos. 2001-05 and 2001-07, Vesting Tentative Tract Map Nos. 16208 and 16209, Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-22 and the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared therefore.
