Document Description
A Negative Declaration has been prepared evaluating the potential environmental impacts of the addition of approximately 13,200 square feet contained within three stories to the existing Jimsair Restaurant/Office facility. The project proposes to enlarge the dining area, kitchen and restrooms on the second floor and expand the corporate office on the first and third floors by adding lobby space, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, flight planning rooms, and employee facilities. The project will realign the existing parking lots to accommodate the addition, as well as provide upgrades for the Title 24/ADA compliance. The Negative Declaration identified no potential impacts resulting from the remodel of the proposed facility.
