Document Description
A Precise Development Plan to allow the construction of a gas station, car wash and convenience store in a C-2 PD (General Commercial, Precise Development Combining) District. The applicants intend to construct a 3, 520 square foot convenience store, a 3, 230 square foot fuel island canopy, and a 960 square foot structure to house the car wash. 31 parking stalls are being provided with paved access to all facilities. Site access is from Taft Highway (State Route 119), and the site is adjacent the south-bound off-ramp of Interstate 5. The proposed method of sewage disposal is a private septic system. Potable water is to be supplied from an on-site water well; a 15,000 gallon water storage tank will be constructed on the site. A 6-foot tall chain link fence will surround the project site.
