The proposed Project is to address an immediate need to replace the District's primary domestic water well. The proposed Project also includes distribution and storage system improvements. The proposed Project consists of the construction of a new domestic well on District property to replace Well No. 9. In addition, the existing elevated storage tank will be replaced with a hydropneumatic tank to improve water pressure in the distribution system. The proposed Project is located in Section 34 of T23S, R23E and Section 3 of T24S, R23E, MDB&M, in Tulare County.
