Document Description
The San Dieguito Water District 2000 Master Plan focuses on certain recommended capital improvements based on hydraulic analysis of the SDWD existing and ultimate water system. These improvements have been coded and are listed together with respective descriptions, reasons, lengths of pipe, cost factors, and status. The elements area is also grouped according to desired implementation with high priority elements to be constructed within the next five to seven years and low priority elements thereafter.
