Construction of a fixed structural roof cover for the 4.1 acre Ortega Reservoir, including certain related onsite and indirect interior reservoir surface improvements, grading, concrete demolition, concrete retaining wall construction, reservoir access and perimeter road widening, site surface drainage handling facilities, reservoir and control station inlet/outlet piping modifications, interior reservoir baffling system and other work as fully described in Ortega Reservoir Upgrade Project Initial Study, prepared by Padre and Associates, dated August 2001 necessary for the construction and operation of new fixed structural roof.
