Document Description
The project is the development of a neighborhood park on approximately 7.7 acre site by the City of Lake Forest. The park will be developed as two areas linked by a concrete path system. The lower portion will include a pedestrian loop trail paved with concrete, with the majority of the lower area kept in its natural state with minimal improvements. The upper portion of the park will consist of an informal turf play area, half basketball court, picnic shade structure, and a children's play area. The park will include a parking lot with ten parking spaces.
