Document Description
The proposed project includes the development of a neighborhood park on approximately 7.7 acres. The upper portion of the proposed park will consist of a large, informal turf play area surrounded by a concrete path and additional neighborhood recreation uses. The lower portion will contain a pedestrian loop trail paved with concrete and augmented with native vegetation.
