Document Description
The Program EIR evaluated a project which included the adoption of a redevelopment plan amendment to add approximately 195 acres of Added Territory to an existing project area, restates the redevelopment plan for the Garden Grove Community Project in its entirety, allows the Agency to collect tax increment from the Added Territory for a period of 45 years and provides the Agency the authority to use eminent domain when necessary to acquire property in the Added Territory during the first twelve years after the adoption of the Amendment. Further, the Amendment extended for 12 additional years the Agency's eminent domain authority in the Existing Project Area.
