The proposed project is the partial contract assignment of Central Valley Project (CVP) contract water from Mercy Springs Water District (MSWD) to Westlands Water District (WWD). The water from the contract assignment will supplement WWD's current CVP supplies and will be used to help reduce water supply deficits and provide greater flexibility in water deliveries.
