Document Description
The applicant proposes to widen approx. one half mile of East Valley Parkway from two to six lanes extending from Beven Drive to Lake Wohlford Road, and widen Valley Center Road to four lanes from this intersection to the northern city limits. The total Project area comprises 8.9 acres. Related improvements will include new paving, sidewalks, bike lanes, sound walls, street lighting, utility undergrounding, traffic signal modifications, bridge widening, landscaping and irrigation work.
