Document Description
Installation of an eight foot diameter by 60 foot long steel culvert in the bed of Summit Creek, located approximately 10 miles southwest of the City of Paso Robles in northern San Luis Obispo County. Construction will be completed by placing rip-rap on both upstream and downstream sides of backfill and securing rip-rap in place with concrete slurry. Any standing water at the project site will be drained downstream around the project. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-1113-99 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mr. Donald K. Waller.
