Commercial and Light Industrial/Town-Center Commercial
Proposed is the construction and operation of: (1) a 6-bay transit plaza; (2) four-level 900+/- stall parking structures; and (3) three story mixed-use building, including 18,000+/- square feet of retail commercial and 36,000+/- square feet of office professional use. Project implementation will require the vacation of a segment of North Park Avenue, public acquisition of a number of privately owned properties, and demolition of existing uses.
