The Project proposes to amend the Redevelopment Plan for the Orangefair, Central Fullerton, and East Fullerton Redevelopment Projects (the "Existing Plans"). The Project proposes to extend or increase various limits currently included in the Existing Plans:
- Extend the limit for which the Agency may incur debt.
- Increase the limit on the amount of tax increment which the Agency may collect.
