Document Description
The project proposal is for the development of thirty-one (31) residential condominium units to be located on Blue Bonnet Lane between Kings Village Road and Bean Creek Road in Scotts Valley. The project includes the construction of 31 attached residential units, below grade parking and a recreation area with a pool. Units have been clustered throughout the site in order to provide the required circulation and to retain significant trees. The project has been designed to comply with all City zoning requirements. A Design Review permit DR99-009 is required, which evaluates the design of the development. A Land Division permit LD98-001 and a Use Permit U01-003 are required to establish the condominium subdivision.
