Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a temporary haul road crossing of Murrieta Creek for the removal of excess fill material at the Rancho California Water District's Santa Rosa Reclaimed Water Storage site. The construction will entail the installation of low-flow culverts with the placement of fill dirt over the culverts for the temporary haul road. Upon completion of the fill removal, the haul road and culverts will be removed and the crossing restored to its pre-existing condition. It is anticipated that this temporary crossing will be in place between four (4) to six (6) months.
