Document Description
Two storm drain outfalls to Windsor Creek will be constructed in conjuction with Vintage Greens Phase 2 residential subdivision. Both outfalls are 48 inch diameter pipes. Ungrouted rip-rap will be placed around the pipe outlets to minimize erosion and dissipate velocity of entering flows. Native tree species will be planted to mitigate for any trees that are removed in the project area. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0532 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Phil Trowbridge/Demada, LLC.
