Document Description
The operator proposes to replace a 15 inch storm drain pipe with a 24 inch storm drain pipe on Arroyo Las Positas Creek along Bluebell Drive in Livermore, Alameda County. The existing 2 feet wide by 6 feet long by 1 foot deep outfall structure and concrete will be removed by backhoe and excavator from outside the riparian corridor. The new 24 inch outfall will be replaced in the existing footprint of the previous structure. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0473 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Donald Babbitt, Passport Homes, Inc.
