Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #R5-2001-0151) pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ventura River County Water District. The applicant proposes to relocating existing water tanks from geotechnically unstable areas to 575 Highland Drive. The proposed project also includes the relocation of pipelines needed to service customers. The pipelines will cross one perennial stream and two ephemeral streams. The project will impact approximately 30 square feet of streambed, of which approximately 10 square feet will be permanent.
