Document Description
Remove two existing power poles along Pecho Road and install two new power poles adjacent to the old locations. Holes will be dug by hand. Poles will be delivered to nearby road turnouts and lifted by helicopter into the holes. Excavation of one pole site will be monitored by an archeologist.
