Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, "The operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, equipment or other property of every kind, which activity involves negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the School District's determination." This project includes structral and utility infrastructure retrofitting of existing school facilities to meet code requirements for Division of the Architect approval. This retrofitting will not expand capacity at these at these schools.
