Document Description
The project will replace a 20-inch diameter oil pipeline across Tumey Gulch and 2 unnamed ephemeral drainages within a pipeline easement that runs along the eastern base of Monocline Ridge in the Ciervo Hills in Fresno County, California. Construction right-of-way for the project is 40 feet wide, the pipeline trench a minimum width of 30 inches, and a minimum depth of 7 feet. Construction will occur when the drainages are dry and is expected to take approximately four weeks. Old pipeline will be purged with nitrogen, capped, and abandoned in place.
