Document Description
UCB staff, working with People's Park Community Advisory Board, have developed plans for controlling erosion and improving drainage, safety and accessibility along the north end of the park. This project includes the installation of two low seat/retaining walls, some resurfing, a subsurface drainage system, plantings, and new screen fence around the dumpsters. These improvements will not affect any of the historic features of the park and do not signify a change in the use of the park. The project is exempt under Class 4 because the alterations are minor and do not involve removal of scenic trees.
