Document Description
Repair the existing beach access trail and wood staircase. Replace degraded railroad tie steps. Replace rusting galvanized metal brackets and nails. Fill eroded gullies, regrade, and surface the trails with stabilized decomposed granite. Construct a short wooden staircase to replace the failed railroad tie steps. Anchor posts at the base of the stairs to rock. Add handrail to lowest section of staircase.
