Document Description
The operator proposes to install a 12 inch reinforced concrete pipe into the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District's (ACFC & WCD) concrete lined channel, Zone 3A, Line E, at Lund Avenue, Assessor's Parcel Number 444-069-053 in Alameda County. The project involves cutting out an approximately 3 square foot section of the existing concrete channel and grouting in a 12 inch reinforced concrete pipe and collar to stiffen the connection. The project is associated with the development of a vacant parcel of land into four single family lots and will provide the means to convey storm water to an existing drainage system through the ACFC & WCD's concrete lined channel. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0633 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
