The CUIAB proposes to lease approximately 2385 square feet of office space. The space would house approximately 3 staff for purposes of adjudicating unemployment insurance appeals cases. The space will consist of a public waiting room and public hearing room. In addition, there will be centralized office furniture storage space. Approximately 6 parking spaces would be used. Public transit is available near the site.
