Document Description
The Operator will improve an existing raft launch site by relocating the launch area just upstream of the existing site and widening the area from 25 feet to 70 feet along the river. Riprap will be placed on the river side of the pipeline to prevent erosion during higher river flows, and to form a smooth ramp to the river rather than a steep bank. At the former launch site, large boulders will be placed to discourage access, and the slope will be stabilized and revegetated.
