Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to use an existing road for secondary ingress and egress to the construction site and staging area of the Noyo River Bridge project. The existing earth road (parcel #11031) will be used as a secondary route to transport materials, supplies, equipment, and workers to and from the main construction site. Caltrans will also use an existing parking area (parcel #11103) on North Harbor Drive for temporary parking and "turn around" area for park visitors.
