Document Description
Improve the outfall connections for the City of San Leandro's 48 inch diameter storm drain and 60 inch Bay outfall near the end of Neptune Drive at the entrance to Oyster Point Park, Alameda County. Storm water is discharged from the 48 inch diameter storm drain into a large open pit, where it then flows into the 60 inch diameter outfall to the Bay. The service road is necessary to support maintenance vehicles and enable all weather access in the event of an emergency. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0295.
