Replacement of an 8-inch diameter oil pipeline with a 10-inch pipeline across Buena Vista Creek and 26 unnamed ephemeral drainages located in a pipeline easement that runs from McKittrick to Fellows in Kern County, California. Construction right-of-way for the overall project is 40 feet, with the pipeline trench a minimum width of 24 inches, and a minimum depth of 5 feet. The old pipeline will be purged with nitrogen capped, and abandoned in place.
