The CUIAB proposes to lease approximately 7,600 square feet of office space. The space would house approximately 18 staff for purposes of adjudicating unemployment insurance appeals cases. The space will consist of private offices, modular furniture, public hearing rooms, and file rooms for confidential file storage. Approximately 20 parking spaces would be used. Public transit is available near the site.
