Document Description
The Heilbron House is three stories high, plus a "basement" at the ground level. It was built as a residence in 1881. The square footage is 9,159 square feet, with 2,419 square feet on the basement, first, and second levels and 1,902 square feet on the third floor. The building was used as a residence until 1953, when it was converted into an Antonina's Restaurant. In 1973 it was acquired by San Diego Federal Savings and Loan Association and converted to a banking facility. In 1991, Wells Fargo Bank, successor to San Diego Federal, donated the property to the present owner.
