Document Description
The Psychology Building was initially constructed as a 4-story structure. In 1966, a grant from the National Institutes of Health was awarded for the construction of a 5th Floor addition to the Psychology Building. However, due to funding limitations, approximately 4,760 square feet of space was removed from the project and only a partial addition of 7,439 square feet was constructed. The proposed 5th floor addition will complete this project to enclose the currently exposed eastern portion of the roof, a space of approximately 180 feet by 28 feet.
