Issuance of Streambed Alteration R2-2001-205 for curve correction/realignment of State Route 4. There will be some excavation on the north side and fill on the south side of State Route 4 to create a turnout. An existing drainage culvert will be replaced and two other existing culverts will be extended to accomodate the curve/realignment.
