Document Description
Installation of a 20-foot long culvert, 36 inches in diameter on a tributary to the Russian River in order to access a pond. The culvert will be placed 25% below stream channel grade; rock will be placed at the entrance and exit of the culvert. Where minor clearing of vegetation is required, trees and shrubs shall be cut at or above grade and the roots left in place to stabilize banks and re-sprout. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1393 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
