Document Description
This project is located on Austin Creek approximately 150 feet upstream from the Mission Boulevard Bridge in the City of Santa Rosa, in Sonoma County and consists of the replacement of an existing undersized 30-inch storm drain outfall pipe with a 48-inch pipe. The drainage outlet is to be constructed in conjunction with the Prospect Place Apartments project located on Prospect Avenue, approximately 700 feet south of the outfall. A trench will be dug from the top of bank with a backhoe in order to remove the existing pipe. The existing rock rip-rap will be used to place around the new outfall pipe to minimize erosion and dissipate the velocity of flow. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0559 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
