Document Description
The project consists of construction of a group picnic area adjacent to the boat ramps. All components will be designed to match the lake's existing amenities. The project includes: 24' x 44' shade ramada with night lighting, adjacent group counter surfaces for cooking, water, and waste receptacles, 6 concrete picnic tables on slabs, walkways, ADA accessible ramp with retaining wall, landscaping with automatic irrigation and drinking fountain.
