Document Description
East Bay Regional Park District proposes to conduct routine maintenance activities that are subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1601 in District watersheds of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Routine maintenance shall be defined as those periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of natural stream channels and maintain the structural and functioning integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams. Issuance of a 1601 MOU Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0623 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
