Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to issue a license agreement along the Etiwanda Pipeline from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California to the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District. The purpose of this agreement is to allow for ingress-egress access and the installation and periodic monitoring of two (2) groundwater monitoring multi-tube well sites. No improvements except the two subterranean well sites with containment vaults set flush with the surface shall be constructed or maintained on the property without Metropolitan's prior written consent.

In addition, the proposed project involves basic data collection, research, experimental management, and resource evaluation activities which do not result in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource.
