Document Description
Construction of a 28-foot wide access road over a seasonal creek, construction of sewer and water lines 20 to 30 feet parallel to the creek, and istallation of a 74-foot long culvert in the streambed. The culvert will be placed at 25% below channel grade. All disturbed areas will be seeded with native grasses and shrubs. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0075 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
