The Board of Equalization proposes to lease approximately 18,997 square feet of existing office space. The facility would house approximately 90 staff. Approximately 25 parking spaces would be used on a regular basis. This office will be used as the Tax Service Center to be shared with Franchise Tax Board, all of which are being displaced from the San Francisco Civic Center building to allow for the expansion of the Administrative Office of the Courts.
