The Board of Equalization proposes to lease approximately 18,000 sq. feet of existing office space. The facility would house approximately 99 staff. This office will be used as the Tax Service Center to be shared with Franchise Tax Board and Secretary of State, all of which are being displaced from the San Francisco Civic Center building to allow for the expansion of the Administrative Office of the Courts.
