Document Description
The applicant's proposal for the site is to develop an assisted living facility of children, young adults and adults with special needs. Subject site will house approximately ten (10) four bedroom, two bathroom residential units with kitchen facilities and a six thousand square foot community center. The property under consideration is located on a 1.3 acre parcel which is currently undeveloped. Primary access to the proposed development will be from Peralta Boulevard. Emergency access to the development will be off Holland Avenue.
