Document Description
The proposed Arcadia Mixed Use Planned Development (the "Project") is to be built on an approximately 76-acre site (the "project site") situated in the northwest area of the City of Brentwood, CA. The project site is bounded by Lone Tree Way to the north, a 100-foot East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) right-of way (Mokelumne Aqueduct) to the south, Heidron Ranch to the west, and State Route 4 Bypass (the "Bypass") to the east. The project will serve as the primary western entrance to the City of Brentwood via Lone Tree Way.
